On point number six in the image, what program are you using? Right now I’m set up on subversion with git, terminal and codaset.com. But your interface looks pretty friendly!

I’m a hardcore fan of Espresso by MacRabbit. Coda is another good one. You can use them simply, but they also have built in FTP functions etc. Espresso even has code folding and project management.

Making a webpage just using XHTML and CSS is fairly easy though from a design perspective it’s better to have some sort of visual guidance.
