		<description>Agree with 99% of article, except perhaps the PHP dig. There&#039;s scalability issues with Ruby that may indeed make it go the way of the dinosaur. PHP is a lasting foundation and with PHP5 lots more to learn and take advantage of. Jumping on every new language cause it&#039;s trendy is not what I would do...also, with ajax, esp. yummy jQuery options, you can easily create a &#039;ROR&#039; looking/behaving app, especially with emerging frameworks like CodeIgnitor, PHPCake, etc.

And I wish I could ignore IE too, and frankly, I do mostly :)</description>
