Hi I’ve been readding (How to be a rockstar wordpress designer 2010 revised edition)
everything was fine till I got stuck on page 155 WordPress 3.0 Navigation Menus
1st issue straight into page 156 show images of menu which I can’t find menu on my dashboard wordpress (can i get some instruction on how to create a menu)
2nd page 159 (Display Navigation Menus) It say open up the header.php now i didnt see no instruction on creatin header.php template,and then it says replace some lines with another line where this header.php
Very unclear on header.php did i miss a page on the book or something???

Hey, please don’t do this to people again. It’s a terrible book, I’ve been trying very hard to follow this book thoroughly and I struggled in every few pages, the code and explanations are unclear and a lot of times I had to find my own solutions. I finally lost my patience on about page 170 when I checked the example of the proper website and how it should look like and the code of mine didn’t look similar at all, not because of my fault but because those different parts were not even mentioned in the book!
I am incredibly gutted and wouldn’t recommend this book to anyone.

This is a little late, but this book is a joke. Don’t ever buy it.

Are you Kidding me ? who needs book,when there are video tutorials for free O.O ? just torrent it & thats it,way to easy to learn . Lynda.com rocks.
