For some reason all the files had ended up in the /styles folder instead of the root directory of /innovation. No idea how that happened, but moving them back to the proper folder solved my problem. However, when I tried this - even replacing my code with the downloadable source code - the colour scheme menu remains empty. I'm using WP 2.8.2. Any ideas why this might be happening?
