Screencasts are the best
Thanks Jeffrey, we understand those screencasts more than a text-image based tutorials….

But in twitter u ask, non-nuttus screencasts, but here I see 2 nettuts screencasts?
Anyway I enjoyed the post!
Yeah – I had to cheat a bit. You’d be surprised how hard it was to find twenty web dev screencasts (on top of the previous 30). :)
:D
nice cheat! :D
TBH I couldn’t care less if he cheated because I love nettuts+ screencasts!
TBH me too ;) especially i’m a fan of jeffreycast i.e., his screencasts! ;)
You guys are too nice.
thanks Jeff and u too tooooooooooooo nice! ;)
to all! :)
Actually i love text based tutorials as well, and they sometimes work faster then screencasts for me.
you are so correct Saro!
But watching is much easier than reading a big tut!
Ex: Watching harry potter movie is much better than reading that novel! ;)
Nice roundup, and one of my submissions made it through, woot.
HI jeff, thanks for that detailed screencast summary!
@lawrence77: Jefffrey probably knew the screencasts on his site already ;-)
his site not his working site ;)
But after jeffrey coming to nettuts only, nettuts goes to up!

Hey Jeffrey could you make a screencast how to use Ajax Comet — That is where Ajax constantly checks for example your database for anything new and updates it its like a loop or something….
Mibbit (the IRC Chat Ajax client uses Comet method)
Gtalk also
just curious because i want to make a web app where it checks for new input from database every second and unsure how to do it i was told on irc in jquery channels to use ‘Comet’
Great Tutorial man, really helpful for everyone out here. The effects are fantastic!
Thanks for making my life easier,
There are some really nice tutorials here, I reckon I’m going to check out the ‘How to Build a Login System for a Simple Website’.
Cheers
a New improved roundup
cool..
Jeff
this collection is amazing ……………
thank you
@jeff I wonder if you would mind putting the link you will be sending us to somewhere in the description you write. That way I can choose NOT to follow one like “perfect headers” above to “sampsonvideos.” I don’t know what the guy is inflicting on my machine when he loads but I had to ab-end (cntl-alt-del) in order to get it off my screen. Having to endure the guys advertisement popups center screen every 2 min throughout, and his adolescent personality just isn’t worth the basic stuff he explains.
He’s no where near the quality that your web authors are (which makes me appreciate ya’ll even more)
amazing list.. thanks!
That firebug video is so old I am afraid it is useless.
Nice post..thanks.
