Color Inspiration: Go Green with Envy

Color Inspiration: Go Green with Envy

Green is most often associated with nature, money, and success. Because of this, it’s most often seen on either environmental or financial institution websites. Though it mixes well with a variety of other colors, green is most often paired with neutrals. We’ve compiled twenty five perfect examples of this in today’s inspiration round-up.

Green is really a colour that I don’t use quite enough. I especially like the design for Rype Arts! It just seems to look very nice to me.

    Great inspiration!

  4. Nice! Green is also a very calm color, ever wondered why a green room is called a green room? I can’t say I have seen many financial sites with green, do you have some links?

Check out http://www.resourcepos.com …try to add some green to the website to show that the company is conscious of this. But didn’t want to go overboard with it.

Not really a tutorial, but inspiration and I for one wish for more of these type of roundups.

Green is such an amazing color, it works just about everywhere. The only thing that is contradicting for me is that I don’t like the primary color green. I really like the unique colors of green that show up.

Great list. Thanks. Not really a tutorial, but inspiration and I for one wish for more of these type of roundups. Some images seems that they are out of the site and design but sone images pepresents the aim.

  19. Green is a very useful colour when used correctly. Perhaps peoples first impression when you say Green is that of something horrible like snot or slime. Used appropriately like in the examples given it can be very effective. We should all be more GREEN.
