oh wow, love it, haven’t learned all the tags yet so this will save a lot of time looking through tutorials and the wordpress codex. thanks!!

I love cheat sheets so the more the better, however, as I’ve let the author know on the linked site, it seems that the get_calendar() function is in there twice in the Wordpress Template Tags section.
Nevertheless this is great for me.

Yes awesome cheatsheet by Ekin. I wish it was in an html page, as opposed to pdf. Who prints these days anyway?
( )Parsons September 11th
Terrific! I’ve seen other WP cheat sheets, but this is one very well thought out and it never hurts to have more than one. Thanks!

There are already LOTS of such cheat sheets. You can google them just in 1 minute. Why do we need one more? Don’t understand, really…

( )Brian Temecula September 12th
I just wish there was more! Wordpress is a big gnarley beast.

While I don’t mind having to go to the Wordpress Codex to look up some things, having something like this on hand definitely helps. The cheat sheet I have is way outdated (2.7) so now I can finally replace it.
My only qualm is that I wish it wasn’t landscape and that the color contrast was better so it would be more readable. Oh well, beggars can’t be choosers!
( )Nori Silverrage September 14th
Well I hardly consider one version way outdated, outdated yes, but there wasn’t soo many changes in 2.8 that you would be lost…
However, a current cheat sheet is a good thing.

Thanks alot for it, just downloaded and printed a copy!
( )Ian M Rountree September 12th
This is an excellent idea! Granted, it’s rather contextual and bare-bones, but it’s just enough to ensure a -working- theme, which I assume is the point. The devil is in the details, as they say, but as previous poster Jordan says, that’s what the Codex is for.
( )Handy! Awesome!
aldrin September 12th
great cheat sheet, hope there will be chm format or manual for wp.
( )Blaine September 13th
Just a thought… why not link each block of information to it’s respective area within the WordPress Codex?
Have a look here for a complete list of functions.

( )Vitezslav Valka September 16th
Will save this for the future. I was thinking once, that I should be rewarded to convince others to use WP… I’m now taking care of about 4 blogs on it…
( )Jerry September 19th
Really helpful. I just finished my first WordPress custom job and now I’m starting on another. This will definitely help me out.
Thanks.
( )Michael Jenkins September 20th
This is amazing!
( )Instead of looking through the WordPress Codex for tags and etc when I am in the middle of developing a WordPress theme or plugin I can refer to this cheat sheet and 9 times out of 10 has what I am looking for.
Thanks man, really impressive and very visually attractive!

nice, but a warning:
noticed a depricated function in the list:
wp_list_cats();
not sure if there are more, I’m not a good WP coder
