Organizing your css by commenting sections of your style sheet should just do fine.

		<description>I agree to that 100%! Alphabetically arranging is just not needed here. Rarely there are more than 5-6 properties in a class or id so to me there is no need.

I have been lately using the CSS Reset and I am proud to say that now I have much better control.
