		<description>Can i put non-changing content like an image or text inside the box, but not inside the tabbing area?
so its in the dark blue rectangle but not in the white one? whenever i try to place something there, it appears below or above the white area :(</description>

I think it *is* a class, but in IE6 it made the hover behave better, but now the active is not active with the colon. I should have ran more tests before I posted here.
Sorry people. (but it *did* fix the hover problem I was having in IE6)
