		<description>@Matt: it&#039;s not the processing that&#039;s blocked but the downloading. HTTP recommendation specifies that only 2 simultanious connections to the same domain should be maintained. So by placing the javascript lower you let the page first load all UI elements and then load javascript files. Which makes it seem as if the page is loaded faster. So still viable for google&#039;s chrome, i think.

Some great tips in there, but I agree about Crockford missing, I mean come on guys the creator of JsLint?</description>
