    As I am not a premium subscriber, I couldn’t look at the tutorial, but I would have liked to see how this compares with what I have done in Community Auth.

    My Community Auth application (CI2.1.0 compatible) has a user management table that has CI + ajax pagination, search, and delete. Users can also do ajax style uploading of profile images, which falls back to a non-javascript upload. It all works with CSRF on too. Repo is on bitbucket or see http://community-auth.com if you are interested.
