Gotta check this out later :p

  2. Drazen Mokic says:

The effect looks pretty… useable but the technique is interesting, thanks.

  3. adrian says:

interesting effect, but where would you use it? The background demo was jerky even in chrome on an iMac. I hate flash but this effect is best as a seamless looping movie

  4. bipin says:

the effect in the demo looks great. IIt may be good alternate to Flash but how the effect can be good in a websiteas shown in the demo. nevertheless great work.

  5. This is good, but effects are too slow and it has a jerk in it. can this be fixed ?

  6. Sauro says:

I think is better to wait for the full development of WebGL … they will be pretty much faster to render.

    amazing effect!!!

  8. RonnieSan says:

Like others said… cool idea but useless. Too slow and jerky and I’m guessing processor intensive.

  9. I’m sorry, but I can’t see how we can use this effect? It was eating up 40 – 60% of my CPU and my computer is realitvly powerfull (relative = don’t pwn nerds :D)

    Interesting code anyway :)

I haven’t looked at this tutorial yet. It’s probably good.

    :(
The quantity of premium tutorials and the quality of subject matter have been disappointing. I hope that both improve soon.

    Hi,

I’ve been a plus subscriber for a little while now and really am having a hard time finding where the hell I get this tutorial? Is there an easier way to display where we log in and how we get the files? What if you made a “Download Source” button that when clicked opens a modal window with a login screen that when entered will download the correct content.

    Thanks,
    Seth

Proof of concept really. I would think it would more of a background animation or just a little flair in a small corner or something.

Games need to be done with much more developed code so I wouldnt want to think this is some infant step towards developing yet another way to do whats already possible by other means.

    Still, kinda neat.

  14. Really it’s cool.. Thanks a lot..
