When I navigate to mypage.com/install.php, I get a blank screen. So something's working (better than a 404). But nothing more. So I'm off to try Redmine (as soon as my ISP finished moving my hosting from Java to Ruby. Unfortunately, after 3 days and quintuple checking everything (all versions, ALL files, called ISP for clues) I still am not getting an install. I suggest that if you install this you remove the managerss.php file otherwise anyone can view your messages/tasks. Nice application but not very good planning on their part with the rss.
